All pallets and merchandise are sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallet Finds makes no express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Merchandise may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, used, damaged, incomplete, missing-part, nonworking, or otherwise imperfect items. Photos, descriptions, quantities, manifests, brands, conditions, and estimated values are provided for general reference only and are not guaranteed. Buyers should inspect the pallet before purchase whenever possible.

Anyone who plans to use, gift, distribute, or resell an item is responsible for researching that product; verifying its identity, authenticity, condition, completeness, and safe operation; checking recalls and safety notices; and following applicable laws and marketplace rules. Recalled products must not be resold. Check the official U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall database before resale.

Pallet Finds does not guarantee resale value, profitability, marketability, or manufacturer warranty coverage. Except where prohibited by law, all sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Buyers assume the risks associated with inspecting, handling, repairing, using, or reselling liquidation merchandise to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this notice waives any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.
