This Privacy Policy explains how Pallet Finds ("Pallet Finds," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, create an account, join a merchandise program, receive alerts, make a reservation or purchase, arrange pickup or delivery, or otherwise interact with us.

If you opt in, Pallet Finds may send you advertising, promotional email, recurring automated text messages, and inventory alerts, including messages about the merchandise programs you select. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You can stop marketing texts by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP. You may also update available communication and program preferences in your account. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to administer your account or transactions.

We may disclose information to service providers and processors that perform services for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, data storage, security, email or text delivery, analytics, customer support, and delivery coordination. They receive information only for legitimate business purposes and are expected to protect it and use it for the contracted service. This operational disclosure is not permission for those providers to sell your information for their own advertising.
5. Other Disclosures
We may also disclose information:
• when you direct us or give consent;
• to complete a transaction or service you request;
• to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or financing sources subject to appropriate duties;
• when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, property, customers, or the public;

We and our service providers may also use limited analytics to understand performance and usage. Retention periods vary by the type of information and our legal and operational needs. We may retain deidentified information where permitted by law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Sensitive business-identification information submitted through supported account features is protected using technical safeguards. No transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. 12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide any additional notice or consent required by law. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.
